For over 20 years Dr Kamlesh has been teaching and lecturing on Ayurveda Nutrition all over the world. Dr Kamlesh is a seventh-generation Ayurvedic doctor.

• Join us for an evening that will include:

• Introduction to the principles of Ayurveda/Doshas.

• How to prepare vegetarian meals for health and longevity through balancing the six tastes, utilizing the elements of Earth, Air, Ether, Fire and Water and combining the Indian herbs and spices.

• Cooking styles from Northern India.

• A delicious vegetarian dinner

There is very limited enrollment for this event. Cost is $40 per person.
